Abuse Policy Kelli Leis (“the provider”) provides high-quality, professional services to all clients online, on website and in third party platforms such as, Zoom or Google Meet, but not limited to these. As well as social media platforms and groups in connection with this website and Kelli Leis – Owner of Trauma recovery & Emotional Healing and all services and platforms associated with.

The provider is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all clients. The provider does not tolerate any form of abuse, including but not limited to the following:

Physical abuse, such as hitting, pushing, or using physical force against the provider or any other individual.

Verbal abuse, such as yelling, shouting, or using threatening language.

Threats of harm, including threats to physically harm the provider or any other individual.

Harassment, including sexual harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic.

Stalking, including following the provider or any other individual or engaging in any behavior that causes fear or concern for personal safety.

If a client engages in any of the above behaviors, the provider reserves the right to immediately terminate the client’s access to services and pursue any necessary termination of services and possible legal action.

In addition to the above, the provider will not tolerate clients speaking negatively about the provider or her services and or, repeating personal stories used in session / services.

If a client engages in this behavior, the provider reserves the right to terminate their access to services. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this abuse policy.

It is common practice for Kelli Leis to share her own personal experiences with her clients, in session to validate and provide examples to her clients through her own life experiences and her education. It is of utmost importance that a client keeps these details in confidence and do not repeat them for your own personal gain or any other reason. Just as Kelli Leis also keeps all information obtained in session to herself in confidence and privacy and it will never be shared with anyone. If a client violates this policy, the provider reserves the right to take any necessary action, including but not limited to termination of services and pursuit of legal remedies.

Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right to request that you remove all or a particular link to our website at any time. We also reserve the right to change, update or modify these terms and conditions regarding link policies and terms of use. You agree to abide by these terms and conditions by continuing to form links to our website.

Terms and Policy

The payment privacy policy is an important part of our system. It has been created with plenty of thought, hard work, and effort to protect and secure our customers’ financial privacy.

It is specially designed to make valuable customers aware of the policies, manner of operation, and practices for gathering, using, and disclosing any information given through the social platform.

When a payment is made on the website’s link, regular card payment or direct debit can be selected, it helps the site acquire basic information about you, i.e., name, birthdate, contact number, and financial details.

The customer’s consent is the topmost priority when monetary information is being shared. It is entirely their choice to withhold some information that is considered confidential; however, it is requested that customers fill in the details appropriately wherever necessary.

No refund will be offered if a session has already been paid for and you decide not to continue care with Kelli Leis. Before making any payments, please be sure about the details of the therapy sessions to be attended.

If/When Kelli Leis decides to terminate care for you, for any reason at all, some reason may be stopped / terminated because the client therapist relationship has been tainted / broken when:

Client cancels all remaining care (prepaid).
A client is rude or distrusting of Kelli and refuses to do the work to heal. This means refusal to try the methods available for your true and deep healing. Realize that we cannot go faster than your nervous system allows and Kelli Leis determines this with her expertise – if client wants results, we must follow the flow and readiness of the nervous system, above all. Client must be willing to comply with this for their own safety and wellbeing.
Methods have been exhausted.
Behaviour that is not appropriate can result in termination also.
Not showing up for sessions and not giving notice and forgetting about the scheduled appointment will only be acceptable if it does not keep happening.
If you are found to be a narcissist and are acting with similar or exact traits of narcissistic personality disorder, Kelli reserves the right to terminate care with no refund offered. This is to protect the mental wellbeing and regulation of Kelli Leis who needs to be here for other clients. A narcissist’s traits and treatment of others will never be handled here at Trauma Recovery & Emotional Healing. It often takes a couple months to notice when a client has hidden their traits.

It is important that all clients do not mistake Kelli Leis’s caring and empathetic nature as a weakness. This is a zero-tolerance safe space for Kelli Leis, and anyone employed by Kelli Leis. It also pertains to any guests and client groups that may be involved/ attending either in person or online, here at

In the event of dismissal of care or termination of client care; Kelli Leis may or may not offer a refund. This will be decided by Kelli Leis and depends on the situation. Kelli is not required to offer a refund but may feel it is appropriate to do so.

If a refund is being issued, these are the guidelines of determining the refund amount: The remaining amount paid for the package of sessions will be refunded, for example, one session = 1 hour The refund will be the discount amount per session, for example, $780. paid for a 6-session package = $130.00 per session - minus a $50.00 processing fee and a $5.00 per session Stripe Processing Fee also the difference in fee per session by breaking the session package discount - bringing the amount per session back to $150.00 per 1 hour session attended.

$780.00 paid for a 6-session package (one session = 1 hour) discounted amount is 7$80.00 / 6 = $130. per session. A difference of $20.00 per session discount if 4 sessions where attended, you would have 4 x $20. = $80.00 deducted from the refund. Because regular price per 1 hour session = $150.00 / hr - (150.00 - 130.00 = 20.00) If 2 sessions are to be refunded - 130. x 2

You will be refunded the remaining difference onto the original payment card method.

Keep in mind, if you are receiving a refund, it is voluntary, and Kelli has decided to offer it. It is not mandatory.

Normally, we do not have a refund for service paid as it is a contract and there are way too many variables in a situation, and with all clients paying in advance of the session(s) it will be decided based on an individual situation. There is no refund available unless offered and fees apply.

Time behind the scenes of planning sessions, sending the tailor-made tools via email just for you and giving care past the hour paid for when people need extra care. All this adds up to time taken to prepare. This will all be figured into Kelli Leis’s decision. Please recognise this and it is the sole decision of Kelli Leis to offer a refund or not, but it is not required. © 2026
